Try changeing the battery. Does it start in "Safe mode"? Can you get in the windows setup cd? Maybe your hard drive partition table is damaged. If you can get in the windows setup, then you can maybe get this taken care of. But if your friend is a profy, then he wil do this. Good luck man.

Hi Marwin,

i would have a looksie to AntiVirus & some additional Firewall-Software!
Stop the services for testing.

Do ya have installed something new?
Graphic-Card device driver? Or something else?
What's going on with overclocking? Perhaps to much clock?
Changing the battery brings nothing.

Much luck!

Yours Skar

LOL Carnage!!!
Ty friends for your helping words!!!!!

Now i know self what it means...........should i say it????

Ok, here we go!!!!

It means: YOU HAVE A DIRTY SETUP CD, CLEAN IT!!!!!

Man thats so comical, that i checked not this out!!!! :pcnoob: :pchammer:  :rtfm: :rain:

Then there was another trouble. My system runs very very instable.
With some testers i checked my system and found out that my rams r to fast for the mainboard, so i collimated the rams to right latency.

I tested this with CPU Z (a little nice programm, not to install).

Now its stable.........

Hi Marwin!

It's good to see that you finally sorted out your Pc problems. I hope to see you online again soon!

And thanks for the hint about CPU-Z. I wanted to have such a tool for some time already, so I downloaded it and checked it out. Really nice!

Pic 2: Ons server (500 packages)

I have now MultiUser (MU) on my router installed, i will try SingleUser (SU) tomorrow, may be i got better latency.

Hi Marwin!

I don't think you can solve the packet loss problem with your router configuration. As you can see from the test results, it appears "on the way".

The interesting part are the ping values. From the name, I would say that dsldevide.lan (first hop) is your DSL modem, right? But how can you have a delay of about 53ms to it? Usually, it should be less than 1ms (your "best" value of 0 indicates this). Do you use WLAN?

It might also be possible that dsldevice.lan is the first station of your ISP. In this case, a value of 53ms clearly states that you don't have Fastpath!

As for the rest, I must admit that I don't really understand the output of this program. It is possible that the delays are meant between each hop or between your PC and each single station. But none of these assumptions explains why the average delay of the final destination is lower than those of the stations in the middle or why the "best" values are widely the same for some subsequent hops, especially at the end of the route. Maybe Carnage and/or Wolf have an explanations for this?

Anyway, it seems that the target network, leaseweb.net is having problems occasionally, because the "worst" values largely differ from the "average" or "best" values. Maybe, this explains why some players are complaining about lag every now and then (while other players don't have it!).

For all of you to compare, I also made the test for our 32p ONS server and will append a screenshot to this post. For better understanding, I did the same with the tracert command. But keep in mind that this one only pings each station 3 times (instead 500 pings that I did in WinMTR).

What surprises me is that I don't have any packet loss at the last stations, while Marwin has it. Maybe, I was just lucky, because just the two final stations are identical in our route and he just lost 3 packets there. What seems to be more important is that my route doesn't use vix.leaseweb.net and 85.17.100.153, which seem to cause the biggest problems for him. It would be interesting to see some more test results from other guys! So give it a go...

Concerning setting up TS and Skype, Marwin, if you need any help, try to find me between 17:00 and 20:00 today (ingame or via ICQ).

Coco.

Hi Guys, Marwin is writing!!!!(from a friend)

Cant find some words.

At last wednesday my ISP (cant say the name here now, you know why) switched my connect off.......................................................................................

I am very, very, very and more very angry about this!!!!!!

Dont know why!!!!

They phoned me, and sayed that i represent a security risk, its for guarding You (Me) and other, blah blah blah.............

But i make allways ALL windows updates (also the optional updates), have a firewall soft and hardware!!! and have the McAfee Security Center Ver. 8 with all ups.
BTW: My uncle is a IT expert with a firm, and he helps me allways with all my problems. He studied computer scientist.

So it costs me a LAL about this.

The ISP offer at the same phone call a new product with one year minimum contract period.

I must send a fax to a special number. In this fax must a firm attest that i have not a security problem.

For me it means to 100% to change this ISP!!!!!

Now its so that i cant say when i am again online!!!!

Marwin

P.S.: BIG BROTHER IS NEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

:O What is this? Sounds a bit strange to me. Kick mr. Marwin out of internet, and then affer him a new connection in the same sentance?!?! GL, and whatever you do, stay away from that provider. ;)
