Hello FeaR,
thank you for these kind words. I can hardly express how it feels to read this. All I can say is that I have similar impressions from all of you that I've been talking or writing to. You truely are a friendly clan. I never saw anyone write anything bad in a game in the months that I've been playing here. Instead, there was only a friendly "hello" and a joke when a funny frag was made.
That caught my attention right from the beginning and I added your server to my favourites. And now, being a trainee, I feel very welcome already.
Ramses wrote such a kind and detailed PM to me, explaining everything that I should know, posting links, giving tips and motivating me for the trial period. I rarely experienced someone make such an effort for someone who might join the clan. So thank you again, Ramses.
Today, I've been playing some ONS maps with Killer, Marcin, Meledictum and Slaphead. One of them (I think it was Marcin?) wrote: "all tcps in one team pls" and that's what we did. For me, it worked great and it was real joy, playing together. It felt a little like we were comrades already. And this is what I've been searching for a long time already. In ONS, you always play in teams, of course, but often enough, there's no real cooperation.
Concerning TAM: My first TAM match was only 2-3 days ago. Hehe, I remember Carnage asking me what I'm doing on the TAM server.
I like it a lot and would like to play there regularly. Especially that FREEZETAG thing is really funny.
Although I've been playing DM and LMS before already, I feel that I have to learn a lot before I can really compete. I'm happy that you think I'm doing good. Ramses wrote something like this, too, while spectating, I think. But to be honest, I think I must train really hard to become as good as the others there. I just lost 1:9 in a one on one against some guy who had a fake name (anything like "IHopeMyNameFitsHere" or so). That's depressing. Well, at least, I found out what my big weaknesses are and I plan to specially practice these aspects of the game. Maybe some of you TCP members can help me a little with it. I'm grateful for any hints you can give. In the running games, I can pratice to play but this doesn't really help to train the things that I noticed as I'm usually dead too soon.
Anyway, FeaR, if you plan to give me your vote already, I plan to further confirm you in your decision.
Thanks a lot, pal!
Greetings,
Coco.
P.S.: At the members page, I saw that many of you have entered their ICQ numbers (like I did). I wonder, if I can simply add you to my list, as I don't want to bother anyone, not being in the clan yet. But I think it would improve the contact and give everyone the opportunity to ask me questions that may still remain open. Well, of course, you're all welcome to add me to your list, if you like!

You also have my vote Coco, because I think you really fit in here
To your skills: You will always find another player who's better than you, that's normal. Even Fear or Taz might find another player on this planet who's better than them
(correct me if I am wrong)
I was new to TAM when I entered this clan, too, but now I got a bit better and get some frags and points, too (even though I'm still much below-average in this clan).
TCP is about fun. At least for me

Same here, however you have to state a reason to allow addition. I have like over 500+ contacts total and every person who wants added and I don't know and does not specify who he/she is when asking gets on the ignore list immediately.

Hi Wolf!
The only possibility that I found is to select "Request authorisation for..." from the context menu of the newly created entry for the new contact. There, I can again request an authorisation and enter a reason as well.
So far, I added Carnage, Ceshire and you this way. But as it seems, you either haven't been online since then or I might have been ignored.
Bye, Coco.
I can completely understand why you do this. Usually, I'd add a reason when adding a new contact. The only thing is that I use Trillian (which also handles MSN, AIM, Yahoo and IRC besides ICQ) and there, I can't add a reason as it seems. I can just enter the ICQ number and select "Add".}TCP{Wolf wrote:Same here, however you have to state a reason to allow addition. You can also check out our two IRC [wikipedia.org] channels. (If you don't have a client yet, try xchat [wikipedia.org]. (For windows version I recommend this version [silverex.info])):

Hi the_kay!
Thanks, but I've been there half a dozen times or more in the last days. Unfortunately, there were just Carnage and Fear from TCP logged in and they seemed to be afk as no one responded to my questions there.
But, of course, any text written there gets lost between the bot messages very quickly. Maybe that was the reason.
Greetings,
Coco.

Hi Marcin!

Anyway, it's really great fun and I hope to repeat it as soon as possible...
Coco.
Hehe, yes, it feels like this a little. But of course, we must be careful not to overestimate ourselves.}TCP{Marcin.B.Black wrote:Coco playing with you and Mele (or Killer and Slappy) is really funny. Together we are almost invincible squad that crushes everyone who opposes.
