What are they? I've been searching on google for limitations, and it seems to be 22050 Hz, 8-bit, mono and on others it is 44100 Hz, 16-bit, mono.
I have some sounds here that I'm trying to import into UEd. one is named sound01.wav, and is 22050, 8-bit, mono, and therefore should have no problems importing. But when i click import, click the file, then import, put the name (sound01), leave the group blank, then the package (newsound), and click ok, nothing happens.
I have also tried importing the sounds into existing packages, with no luck.
I am sure i have the file peramiters right, since I made music files in the same way some time ago...
Also, if anyone would like to know (and since there was quite a bit of discussion about it at a meeting i held last saturday) limitations for textures are 8-bit (256 colors), and both dimentions have to be a power of 2, up to 256 (i.e. 1, 2, 4, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256)(and also, the two dimentions can be different)...
Unreal's sound limitations.
