gun bug
Hi,
This bug must have been noticed before, but i havent read anything about it yet. The problem is that when you get a gun you dont always get the ammo you are supposed to have. One example (with weapons stay): Get an eightball, shoot 3 bullets and sucide with the fourth so there is 2 ammo left. Then, when you live again, get the original eightball again, so you have 6 bullets, and then get the one at your dead body. You should have 8 bullets now but you have 12. This also happens when the dead-body-gun has 30 bullets or whatever, you always get 6. When you dont get the original but first get the dead-body-eigthball you DO get the right amount of ammo(2/30).
It seems you always get the amount of bullets which your first gun had.
With weapons stay FALSE something like this can happen: First you get a dead-body-ASMD with 1 bullet and after that you get a "normal" asmd on a asmd spot. You will only have two bullets now. But when you throw the dead-body-gun away first and then get the normal ASMD, you haven 20 ammo.
It seems Unreal remembers the amount of bullets the gun had when you got it first and always gives you the same amount of ammo when you get another one.
Is anyone aware of this bug? Is there a way to solve it(i dont think so?)?

Some Unreal gun settigs suck. I usually have this problem: I get the ASMD. I shoot 20 times > out of ammo. I return to the place where I got the ASMD from, and I can't pick it up. I can't drop the empty one and then pick it up because you can't drop empty guns, and you can't get the ammo from the ASMD laying there to put it into your own one. Bwaaagrr!
