I'm afraid that's my doing, however, it wasn't aimed against you.

A year or longer ago, a hacker made his rounds out from Germany, crashing and lagging servers, stealing CD key hashes, general hacking etc. There was no cure against the guy so the ranges

88.66.*.* and
88.67.*.*

were banned at the time then effectively locking out Berlin partially, which was the residence of the attacker, or so it was assumed. Looking at your post, I can see that your ISP has recently moved your connection into the 88.66 pool, hence, you got the banhammer.

I have set the 2 ranges to be accepted without removing the entries for log reasons. That there was collateral damage was obvious when the bans were made, but the server had no defense against the attacker.
