Hi,
Is the ut2004 master server down for everyone?

Or is it my ISP?

ping fails to 216.27.56.6

tracert fails to ut2004master.epicgames.com

Is there a better way of testing?

Yes, still down - or better: down again.
As well as the stats server.
But epic's admins are working on it:
