Server crash!

On the hole word all UT servers gona attack from somebody last days.
I talked with the an admin from the TechCom.cz Server, and he asked my how he can avoid this. My answer was short! "I dunno".

The same happen on: GGMJ, FA2K, Omnip)o(tens, Titan Servers and many others.

Hope we can play our funmatch, but i think "NO", cause that happen all 10 - 15 mins.

They're crashing UT3 and UT2004 servers all over the world from 78.92.72.50

thats a quote from titaninternet

if there using the same ip all the time then add it to the fwall on the server as a block or get something peer guardian and just add that ip to be blocked from connecting to the server
If they start changing the ip then its a whole new ball game

If the trace results of that ip are correct and the ip its self is correct then i know where the ip is coming from and who's it belongs to

Thank god it's out for Linux too now. The guys crashing the servers are real assholes and I hope someone will get them some day!

So the client side dosent need this patch? Only the dedicated servers? I'll update the match server soon then.
