}TCP{ USA is now running at Unreal version 224. I have also raised the tickrate a bit as it appears the lag-jitter does not seem to come so quickly with higher tickrates as in 225.

Test it out and reply if you think it has improved for you. My own perception is purely subjective :-/

The server was good with 225f too. I don't see any difference.
