server down this month..

as usually my unluck showed up the last week again and my graphix-card went to the other side and i had to buy a new one of course :/
so i have no more money for this month since i also had some party with my friends this week and a bitch stole my whole money...yes...a real bitch lol
but thats another story^^

I guess all I can do is turn my own humble server into a UT2004 server. Damzz and that after I had such a good time last night on my unreal server...

Besides, the server ran crappy when full. I believe you paid for a full 20 slot server, yet when 20 slots were used the server performance was horrible. Makes you think about filing a complaint first

Okay my little server has now been (temporarily) reconfigured and is running UT2004 TDM. On training/match days however, I will run the Unreal server.

How odd, mine seems to act up again as well. Luckily I still have 1/2 yr of warranty.. I think.. :l
But why run a server for a game which already has so many servers to choose from ?

Easy.. there are also a lot more players. Unreal has more servers than players, duh.

And you just reminded me about the amount of friends i used to have in Unreal COOP who moved to FFXI. I wonder if they went on to WoW after they realized FFXI was bollocks.

Nah, WoW rocks. Seriously. I've had one or two people tell me that it is crap (most of the time i attribute it to how different WoW is to the old Warcraft games) but you really have to play it to see just how involving and addictive it is.

But that's off-topic.

I hope to get a copy of UT2K4 from my brother at some time...I did play it for a short while, bombing run look like great fun, and invasion was excellent.
