This sounds absolutely unbelievable! This ISP (I'd really like to know the name) must be insane! They cut you off the net and at the same time tell you that your contract can't be terminated before May? In case they really want to bind you to your contract that long, they must also provide their service for you. Otherwise, I wouldn't pay them a single Cent anymore...
And at the same time they're offering you a new contract for one year minimum. Unbelievable!
And then this thing with the certificate for internet security. I don't think they are really allowed to request this from you. What exactly are they accusing you for? Being a security risk is a very unconcrete charge.
Altogether, I can just say: Get away from them as quickly as possible. And in case they won't provide their services anymore, ask an advocate about it. I doubt they can really bind you to the contract until May and withhold their services at the same time.
