well of coures i will let you know if i see an idea that inspires me to make a map :roll: . and besides these ideas are available to be viewed by everyone!! :)

yo u said we'd try the map 'tomorow'...which is now.....and u arnt online...what kinda sorcery is this?

lol i just want my map on a server heh.

enyway i did try it and it didnt work! there was no Unreal map file in the zip

dmfreefall .file {note not Unreal map should be dmfreefall.unreal map or unr)
and the other file was:-FF_Final_Battle.umx

haha.

um....

rite ill send it againoh i understand. i renamed the file in windows explorer, cause i cudnt be bothered opoening the ed up just to put Final on the end. then of course i forgot to put .unr back on.

just rename the file DmFreeFallFinal.unr

heh yep i still aint tried to use it yet :P ..I got a new map from .:...: the otherday.. its not bad and has an enemy spawner that he says i can set up how i want ..but i will have to buld it into a map.1 thing i want to see is if it can spawn playerpawns as well as monsters :mrgreen:

dead city 2? yea...

he is one crap mapper, but hes the best scripter around these days. im cleaning it up in editor cause it looks crap.

he doesnt actually make new red brushes every time, he just scaled the old one. furthermore, he doesnt scale them very accurately, so they just end up all screwy.

hes poly count is at least 3 times as high as it needs to be.

.:..:'s Pack 4 and 5 crashed my server more than 10 times so I stopped using them. Dots makes some really nice stuff, but it's not very stable.

yep i had the same problem..i only use his translocator in my naligod..but i use his pack pawns some times at battlevalley.i find if i dont spawn more than 5 at a time its ok :mrgreen:

that translocator was by .:..:? didnt know that...

yea .:..: stuff is quite unstable. cooopg3 is damn good, hundreds of niftly little commands and stuff, but people get gpf errors almost all the time with it. i put it down to his connection type...he cant get a good server to properly test his stuff, so it ends up goi ng public without the proper testing.

pack6 is damn good tho...especially the air rifle and ion asmd.
