new forum game...unreal tales.

ok heres my idea for a new game. its kinda complicated, so bear with me.

its kinda like word association, but instead of words, u use tales.

one person tells a tale. tales are about a player in a server (any player, made up or real), who spawn, grabs a gun, and kills someone with it.

so one person might say...

'xavious spawned next to the eightball in deck 16, pickd it up, and delivered 6 rockets right to....Jackarius's footstep.'

the nextperson to post would go on with the story, but would tell it from jackarius' point of view, from the moment he respawns onwards. he wuld then go killl someone, then the next person would continue the story from whoever was killed's point of view.

u can make the story as exciting or as dull as u want. you can use playernames and all, so u could say 'xavious pulled out his dispersion pistol and killed tcp carnage with it'. just for the hell of it, ya know.

anyways u all getthe idea? good. ill start:

Xavious spawned in the courtyard in The Observatory, quickly ran, picked up the minigun, and let rip straight at }tcp{taz. he dodged to the side as taz tried his asmd combo, then ran out of ammo. so he ran away, up the lift to the sniper tower, grabbed the rifle, and jamp out. he shot down as he jamp out, and as luck would have it, shot a bullet straight through taz's head...

(so now someone has to talk about taz. he can change map or server if he likes. u cud even have a map change just before he delivers a killing shot, then continue story from next map)

Its too complicated...I cant imagine you shooting taz in the head :l

Plus its bound to go around in circles..nothing will really happens..The idea might be good, but the execution is bad..instead you should just let others directly follow up on the story you began..Kinda like a continous story :/

Taz rubbed his eyes and noticed he had received a headshot by Xaver, the sneaky little..Xaver...As Cee was heard laughing in the background of the Unreal server, Taz quickly respawned and spotted Xaver again. As always, Xaver was bragging about his score being -2, a new record, and was easy pickings for Taz's Bio Rifle. "I was typing", lamented Xaver, but nobody cared and the game went on, when suddenly Carnage came crashing into the server. "Bad news everybody, they captured Wolfs porn supplies", he shouted and a creepy silence came up. "I dont get it", said Xaver and shot himself with his 8ball..again.. His team, furious and disgusted with his crappy score, left at once and so it were only Xaver, Cee, Taz, Carnage and Bertram, der Schnabeltassenmönch, left...

Meanwhile, high in the mountains, there was a small tent. In this tent, Hyper was trying to get some sleep, but the sound of gunshots kept him from sleeping. This kept going on for a long time. When the endless shooting did not stop, he decided to take a walk through the mountains. After some time, he discovered a strange door hidden behind some boulders. Hyper decided to pick the lock and entered what appeared to be an artificial cave. It was full of rusty tools and other scrap. In another room there still was a computer working. It belonged to Liandri Corporation and seemed to be used for secret weapon research. Unfortunately, it was passworded. Fortunately, Hyper's Universal Translator has a built-in universal keygen. He connected his translator to the computer and started the cracking process. This took some time, but finally there was a match: the system logged in, and showed full details of a weapon development programme called "nFinite 0wnage". It also showed a map of the erea. Hyper loaded the map into his translator, and found his way to the weapons research center. It was almost empty, except for a strange device. It was some weapon, bigger than a bazooka, but still lighter. Hyper took it, grabbed the documents and left the area. When he returned to his tent, it was already morning. The manual described this device. It seemed to be a thermo-nuclear missile launcher, called Redeemer 0.4 confidential beta.

He loaded the weapon and aimed it to the center of the valley. There, the shooting was still going on. Suddenly, the entire valley burst into flames, and everything alive down there evaporated. It was silent, and finally Hyper could sleep.

the valley of ti'rach has an ancient magic, a magic that is powerful enough to revive anything that dies in it. this magic has lost power over the years, and things have started to go wrong with things that are revived.

when hyper destroyed everything in it, the ancient magic started its work. in about two hours, all 20 people who had died in the flames were floating about, ghosts of thier former selves. they flew east, these mindless ghosts, and found themselves flying over a small installation, called Terraniux.

ghost number 17 flew down and into this installation. he found what looked like a bear/human hybrid and flew straight towards him. the skaarj didnt notice.

the ghost flew into the skaarj, and the skaarj life stopped. controlling him now was the ghost............................... ..... . .............................. .. ..........
