All settings are now in the Unreal.ini (or whichever file you use instead). The fact there isn't a "UTeamFix.ini" doesn't mean there is no ini at all, because the settings do have to be stored somewhere of course.

The transition from the unique ini to the generalised ini was made so you can run several instances of UTeamFix servers out of the same box with different inis and settings. This makes it no longer needed to have several system directories to achieve the same effect.
