Heh, Scousers are from Liverpool, that video is shot about 25 miles (40 KM) from me and I cycle there often

Don't worry if you couldn't understand them, Scousers have a very strong and distinctive accent. When a soap opera called Brookside (filmed in Liverpool) was launched in the 80's it came with sub titles so that people in the South of England could follow what they were saying

Personally I love local accents, they are full of character and colour. In my part of the world each town has it's own distinctive accent, so the pronunciation and even the words can be different every 10 miles (16 KM)
