The upload is a little lower then usual coz i was sharing some stuff on the DC

usualy is around 95

Well according to the test thing i found on the web i live almost 2.5 km from it .. but i doubt that .. can't imagine we only have 1 central here ..

And the provider is this one http://www.xsdsl.nl/

getting 6 Mbps in October,cant do it before then cause im tied to a 12 month contract with my current provider
