It's in the "industrial" North West of England. The old Victorian age water tower that can be seen on the horizon in the distance, through the bridge, is at Norton near Runcorn (not far from Liverpool where the Beatles came from ).
The Bridgewater Canal is the oldest industrial canal in the world which kick started the industrial revolution in the 1700's (except perhaps for the nearby Sankey Canal), and it now makes a very pleasant highway for my slim car .
