because before the ball got too him it was offside and then second time he got the ball was no offside but the first time it was but hey FiFa can make more money in spain transfers then in Holland all business

Spain simply was the better team altough Netherlands didn't play bad either. That goal 3 minutes before the end was very unlucky... but somewhat overdue too.

Congrats to Spain and congrats to Holland as well for the second place!

It was close, but it wasn't offside for what I've seen. Besides, this is soccer. Wrong referee decisions are a part of the game. For example, De Jong should clearly have seen the red card for his kick to the chest of Alonso in the 28th minute. I'm sure Netherlands would have lost even worse if that had happened. But the referee decided wrong - this time in favour of the Dutch. It's all part of the game.

By the way, how many yellow cards did the Dutch players receive? 9? Where two of them two made the red card for Heitinga. Pretty many serious fouls in my eyes... one reason why I say Spain deserved victory in the end.

Just face it! Spain had more ball possession, more shots on goal, more corner kicks, more free kicks and more chances in general while Netherlands just committed more fouls and received more yellow/red cards.

Even Netherlands' own coach, Bert van Marwijk, admitted that the best team won the match yesterday!

But you can judge better, of course...

Aw well we can all ragee and shit but the point is they tried.. And we can analize all we want but if u can do it beter get your ass on the field!

I find comfort in thinking i can still own spanish noobies in ut !

(Spanish team also has a bigger fishingpond ofc.. we should be proud of our little ass country being in the finals anyway!)

I wont be online as much during the coming 2 months btw.. I took my laptop with me but im staying at my girlfriends.. And i dont have any games installed on my laptop due the motherboard burnout half a year ago

Ill still try to be there for the matches though just go back to my place for the match hehe

yes spain had so much more chances, but they didn't make it anytime.
that also say's something about the dutch and spain team

if you had like whit basketball that they also count all the defensive moves instead of only the attacking once. then nl probably had some high stats there
