OK, Me and Apollo have tried a few times to get this file downloaded.
Apollo has deleted his Cache and has no other "Vagara" file on his system. Then he connected to his servre, and it took him only seconds to download it. I do not know where to look here. Could one of you guys give us a clue?
Cent and 3 others have already played on his server. It could be that they have the "Vagara" file on there system.

I wonder if this is not a problem with some files only (could there be some naming issues on the redirect or something like that?).
I have just tried to connect. Many downloads went fast, notably a 25Mb file called something like Hmsmcsh3 (took something like one minute).
Now, I am at vagary and is it slow (0.1% every 2 seconds and it fails after about 8%).
Edit: I tried again. Seems like the map changed. Now DM-StalwartXLclassic which downloaded very fast. Then, again, vagary and fails after a few percents.

I just installed the V3 vagary.
All the files are named the same (same as last time :p)
All the files are in the right places.
I dont have it installed so I have to download it from the server.
I go and download it and it takes about 6 seconds.(I even see that it says V3).
But when JJ tryed, it was going slow.
It just had to be 1 of the main monsters ffs.

OK OK.
Seems I sortid it.
First off I reinstalled UT. (full wipe)
Then I tryed to connect to the server. All was going well untill I came to the file you all was going on about. (it was taking ages for myself also this time)
Noticed the file that was ment to be downloaded had a lowercase v. Thought, hmm Cloud was talking about that. But didnt he say, if they where differant THEN to change them to look alike.
So I looked again and thought, hold on they are all the same.
So I thought what if I change all the files to a lowercase v. (which at the time they where all uppercase V)
So, on I went to change the V's to v's.
Some did change to lowercase and some said ACCESS DENIED.
So I changed the 1s which let me change.
Did a restart and so on and it seems to have worked. So all the files are in differant higher and lowercase.
RANDOM SHIT ALLWAYS MAKES ME LMAO.
What I thought you ment Cloud was, if they where in random lower and uppercase. Was to change them to all look like each other.
Or was that what you ment.? Or what you was on about was to do what I just did.
Anyway, thanks to Frank and Wax for telling me a.s.a.p about the problems. (and being on ts). Thanks to Wolf, JJ, Cloud, Viper for trying to connect to the server. Thanks to Cloud for popping this idea in my head. Thanks to Cent for letting me moan at him when I got pissed off. Sorry to Viper for wasteing your time, letting you download 15% of the file then map change about 4 times. 
Thanks to my fans, my producer, all the editers, my buitifull wife, my kids, my mom, my dad and lets not forget my little dog Cinderella.
@Frank- I would be honored if you would make a Invasion map m8.
Best things about making Invasion maps is, they dont need to look pritty. As long as they have a place to hide from the monsters from time to time.
Its all good.
I will be grabbing some of the maps allready on the forums.
Some good maps on here from Frank, Wiggle and reject. And lets not forget that crazy one made by Zepplin. Would be funny watching monsters getting crushed.

I ment u make sure u have the name exactly the same on the dedicated server, and redirect, so if its all lowcase for example on the server, u leave it all lowercase when u compress it to the redirect server etc.
But i'm glad ur getting there. Ill pop in tonight, for sure.

I dont want the newer version of the rpg, becaus ei hate the other class.
Its unfair when people are flying around in mantas squashing all the monsters. I have a map which has vehicles in it. (even a levi)
