Hey guys!
I was wondering if it's possible to change the res in UT?
My monitor has a 1920 x 1080 res, but UT won't go further then 1680 x 1050.
Is this because of my videocard? (which is a geforce 7600GT)
I added the resolution of my screen myself, cuz in the settings it didn't show.
Thanks in advance,

Do you mean UT as in the original UT (99)?
If so, you can give a try to those enhanced renderers which allow higher resolutions IIRC:
http://www.cwdohnal.com/utglr/
Otherwise, if you meant UT2004, you want to modify the following entries in UT2004.ini which is located in UT2004/System/ (make a copy of the file before, just in case):
FullscreenViewportX
FullscreenViewportY
They are in the [WinDrv.WindowsClient] section of the file

Hmmm, that should work.
Can you try and see if the changes apply by editing the .ini with a commonly accepted resolution (e.g. 1024*768)?
If it works, then, unless someone here has a solution, perhaps a forum dedicated to videocards drivers and tweaking, such as the NGOHG forums, would be more likely a place to get an answer.
Perhaps your custom resolution would only be accepted in software rendering mode (select software in settings/display/rendering device after launching UT2004)? Even if this works this rendering mode is not very good in terms of performance...
Btw, does it work with other games?

Press tab and type setres and type your res.
I myself am not at my screens res. I tryed to put my screens res and it looks shit.
UT2004 has its own max res for screen sizes. You can force the game to go higher.(eg) By doing what I said.
It looks crap when you force it tho, it goes like a box and not wide screen.
eg. mine setres 1440x900.
