i found an interresting text about gaming/clans/communities and the merrits and flaws that come with it. i found it quite interresting. allot of his vieuwpoints i share *Wiggle*

ye me 2, not read all but half.

And i think that was the prob with tef f,e, Members lost respect for each others. And so many had these fake maturity. Like 1 member in tef f.e said it was to many kids/young ppl in the clan etc. And that we should focus on a more mature community. Cause he dident like beeing ordered around(what he called it, but nobody forcing u ther to do anything tho) by someone younger then him, cause he in rl could kick his ass. Yes cause that so much more mature, beating up kids or ppl younger then you. Even tho he was 20+ he wasent anymore mature then a 14year old i know in clan.

Can almost think that maturity alone is someone who can respect ppl in any age, and not jugde people u dont know.Treat ppl equaly and freindly.Wich seem to be the core for ppl who either act nice or cruel. If so it wasent any much mature ppl in tef^^.

I can only say this.

I was an old Unrealler. I played with a bunch of guys and girls, and I played bad. I was never one to play for a title, or for a bunch of flowers.

I saw a bunch of clans "pop" up when I was playing Unreal, and was really only interested in the peeps that were nice.

I stuck to one of these guys, and then we played a few hours, days, and weeks.

It was a TCPer.

I was never interested in a clan, until I saw his title.

I looked up the clan homepage. It had rules and regs. I was just not prepared for this. So I just kept playing as a single.

That was my mistake. If I had desided to join back then, I might have been good, and important. But I waited until I had no more time to give.

BUT....

I am still here, and can still givesomething to the clan. So What does that make me?

Am I still important then?

Na, there will be other games and other peeps out there who can do that for ya, but I am still here, your Frank.

... we have been playing UT2004 for more than 3 years and I still consider it to be relatively recent
