When you are joining a server, your player appears in the map before you as newcomer are capable of controlling it. NmS, explain to me just how you can avoid being killed in that time your player is standing around in the map without YOU having control over it, and also explain to me what skill is involved of anyone shooting it...

Welcome to the forums from me as well. I don't know you yet, but if Wolf asked you to write an application, that's a strong recommendation already. Your self-description also looks good to me. So... good luck!

Haha, and where's the difference to normal play when they got weapons?

Well doh, you can't do anything about that. That is just public servers, who cares about that. Playing TDM matches 4on4 with your clan-mates doesn't have that problem, because you have to click ready before you start .
I was referring to spawn-killing more in 1on1, 2on2 or 4on4 matches. Especially in 1on1 situations being able to spawn-kill or avoid being spawn-killed is skill many don't fully master.
