need help with unreal 1

hey i i have unreal anthology (unreal1GOLD+unreal2+ut2004 (dont know why it doesnt contain UT99 =/) now when i installed it i only installedUT2004 and now i try to install Unreal1 too but i cant install it over the launcher or over "explore" aswell i just wanted to ask if you have a solution for that i dont want to reinstall ut2004 i have so much important data =O but i want to play unreal1 too thats it .ERIC.

Browse the DVD and try to locate the Setup.exe manually from Unreal maybee?

I dont have that version, so im not sure if its 1 install, or an install for every game, browse around the DVD m8, good luck.

the unreal anthology does have ut99
it's called "game of the year edition"


here's a little guide how i did instal u1 and ut99 whitout reinstalling ut2k4

1st - get your entire ut2k4 game to a other location (not the unreal anthology map but the ut2004 map) (best will be on a other hard disk (or partition))

2nd - open the DVD and let it delete the unreal anthology map

3rd - open DVD again and instal u1 (ut99 and u2 also if you want)

4th - set the ut2004 map back in the unreal anthology map

6th - use the programe and HF playing ut2k4 and u1 (or ut99 and u2 if you installed them)


note: this way only works for keeping ut2k4
if you instal u1 now and latter you wanna instal ut99 or u2
then you need to reinstal u1 and use this way to keep ut2k4

... and please don't forget that the Anthology install of Unreal is online incompatible...
