UTeamFix 10 G release date

I'm really sorry I kept everyone... or "the few remaining Unreal players"... waiting for so long, but everything was screwed up in the last couple of months with work, location move etc etc.

Things are slowly falling into place now, and I am starting to get the benefits of my investments (still not 100% done though).

Anyway, I'm going to visit Smirftsch sometime over Christmas/Sylvester, and during that time I have planned to redo both the 227 AntiCheat for F-release and finish UTF 10 G.

I am thus doing something I rarely do, I'm announcing a release date: January 1st, 2009. Then it's Unreal TAM time... please bear with me until then

The last UT2k4 player who played Unreal with us said that it was no wonder we were all mad ... it's a lot faster than UT2k4 and it did his head in

yea i did play it befor sometime vs wiggle and bots
some maps are rly good and fun to play
dunno how it's to play whit unreal pro's but must be fun aswell ^^

We already had it running a bit in public to see if anything major has been overseen and it would seem there hasn't - hope it stays that way lol.

Server crash info notice:

At the moment it may happen that your server crashes frequently right after a player join, but that is actually a 227e specific issue that is going to be resolved with the next (and likely final) 227 patch.

If 227f does not make it out too soon and that crash issue gets too serious I will make an emergency update that will take care of it, and have the "offending feature" disabled by configuration. Maybe should have done that in the first place but didn't seem to be that much of a deal.
