Propaganda? That works in 2 ways. Russian govermnet is known of being the master of propaganda (or used to be). I don't believe them even a while. Because how you explain the fact Russia says "we dont' running war" then why the hell u've (govermnet) set tanks and sent jets attacking military objects?! You blocked Polish site made for Geogrians to sent some kind of infos.
I know you'd ike to have old days when u had more republics and this shit there is just to keep Europe dependant from your source of gas and petrol etc.

This is our response to brutal aggression and genocide of Russian citizens by georgia. Please, keep in mind, that South Osetia NEVER was a georgian territory. :nuts: :nuts: :nuts:
We set tanks because georgia set tanks. I suggest, it is quite simple. The only difference is that we do not kill civilians by carpet bombardments.

About internet:
Our duty is to help our country in all possible ways. May be you don't know, but Russian internet community is very active and solidary. So, we decided to take down georgian internet by hacking, ddos and bot nets like we have done in Estonia. I have no clue if georgian websites are alive now

Being an American I kinda have issue with this thread. Lotus states that the U.S. is partly responsible for this. I must tell you that you are dead wrong. The U.S. would love nothing more for this never to have happened. Our troops would be there now if we supported it. Furthermore do not judge my country based on my politicians and presidents mistakes. The majority of our citizens are peace loving individuals who do not succumb to the greed our government has. I have been following the news and there is no doubt both Georgia and Russia have exaggerated the truth as to what really is going on. A true democracy would never advocate such things. Hopefully one day my country will at least get that right. Rest assured though, the majority of Americans know what really is going on.

Yes, and those who are ruling country. Everybody remembers kings or presidents, but there are no/not many historical soldiers remembered. That's sad but true.

About USA thing: I don't like Bush politics. He thinks that because he is the most powerful politician on Earth is obliged to be defender of the world, putting his army to "help" poor country against other one. Thats just a cover. He is running totalitary politics in army case. Same as Russia.

I don't like Bush either. No one ever comments on the good things the US does do though. We do give billions in aid to just about anyone who asks. Whenever another country is in trouble we are usually the 1st one asked for help. I do agree though Bush needs to go. Thankfully he only has about 4 months left. Let us just hope the next president has some better morales.
