Looks like impact damage, perhaps some debris on the runway, as happened with Concorde

Passengers aboard a jumbo jet from London describe an 'absolutely terrifying' ordeal after a dramatic mid-air rupture to the plane's fuselage sends it diving 20,000 feet.

The Australian Transport Safety Bureau said QF30 made an emergency descent from 29,000 feet to 10,000 feet.
Lina said the cabin's floor gave way, exposing some of the cargo beneath and part of the ceiling collapsed.

Idd they dont know yet what happened other than it was possibly something to do with the rivits (spelling ??) on the panel that failed, and it was probably not a bomb.
