Hi Eric!

You should consult the manual of your router to see how you can redirect the UT2004 ports to your dedicated server. Usually (afaik) it should be sufficient to forward port 7777. However, it might be a good idea to search the required information in the web (at least this is what I would do). I doubt that anyone here is willing to describe every single step about how to create a server, especially when there are guides in the web.

Good luck!

Coco.

Hi Eric,

Check this page http://wiki.unrealadmin.org/Server_Setup_(UT2004) Read this carefully, for mutators and maps etc to add on you're server check our download section and google some. :)

How much upload speed do u have, i could give u the recommended tick and clientrate and how many peepz u can hold

What are the server system specs? (CPU, Ram etc)

If u have more questions, just ask, there some peepz here with (beginner) expierence.

Before you go on...please check whether your router is using NAT or UPnP for forwarding.

When it uses NAT (Network Address Translation) it OK.
But if it uses UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) then I recommand you to stop.
UPnP has security issues. Just google on 'UPnP security issues' for more info on this =).
