That's what you have to add to your Unreal.ini to add them to the Qtracker master server.

}TCP{ USA and {KDS} }TCP{ team are on it now

I supose for when one of the other master servers is down ure server is still in the list

QTracker is a FREE alternate master server for a number of games. I'm not sure if the Unreal Browser could also query it, but the qtracker client can. It's always a good idea to have your servers listed in as many master servers as possible
