I was kicked for idling as a spectator, makes perfect sense.

Huh? It's normal. When you do nothing as spectator, you're kicked. Simply simple.
To not be kicked view another player's deeds ;]

Not even that helps forever. You have to do or say something about every 5 minutes or so.

Is this really true? I don't think so, to be honest. As far as I know, you aren't kicked for not typing anything when spectating a specific player.

The only thing that can happen is that a round gets finished (i.e. a core was destroyed) and a new round starts. When this happens, you become a free spectator again, which means that your view isn't connected to a player anymore. And then you are being kicked after a minute again (or whatever the delay is).

No it's true... it's enough if you move the mose a bit once in a while to not be kicked...

ive been on server where some1 was specting for 2 full days
gotta be in the server settings if specs got kickt after short time of inactivity

This is bullshit, really.. cuz if its not im getting special treatment or something..

I usually go on spec mode when Im eating .. or when I have to go do something..

I have idled in spec for more than 30 minute.. never been kicked..

No idle kick for specs in TAM .. there is for ONS .. thank Epic for that

Yes, and a quick cigerette kicks me everytime. Sometimes, I get to spec hours long, and then the next day, 2 or 3 minutes go by and i get kicked.

I know that Krabnelricher can go in, and be a player, not move for hours, and never get kicked. I have seen this very often, and he will not tell me what cheat he uses.

Isn't TAM a user made Game Mode? Isn't that why there is no idle kick, cause having idle kick on spectators is just stupid.

i thought tam got idlers kick for specs when they are not looking @ any1's actions then after like 2 mins you get kickt
thought that happened to me few time
