I had read about it a few weeks ago, and like Coco said, it has all of the other Service Packs included. Other than that, its main purpose, is to make people think MS is still working for us. Other than that, SP 3 is useless.

I got one report that it may change BIOSes and mess up AMDs... I have no idea how much truth is behind that or if the reported incidents were/are accidents. Either way, I'm leaving my hands off of it (downloaded it but not installed).

im not an expert so i cant tell you what exacly the problems are but many programms just dont work, some programms give you even a bluescreen when you start them ^^
