Im running it as well, no problems here. Nothing much changed, just some performence fixes and new stuff like:
- network acces protection
- windows imaging component
- black hole router detection wich came from windows vista.

For games i dont see anything why u need to update it really.

try the servicepack 1 for vista then you will get a new defination of suckage
