Its 3 maps, 2 wins exactly, even though all 3 maps will be played, no matter if drawn or not. Both teams pick 1 (can be any map, thats presently on the server) and the third will be random, coz that sounds cool :p
Should take around 30-45 mins for a match then.

About the times... I wanted to slap it all on one day on which everybody could possibly make it, which would be Sunday.. However if ppl have a reason not to play Sundays, they may arrange something with the enemy team to make it suit both sides. A notification in advance is of course required

If Sundays would work for everybody, I'd suggest the time between 16 and 20 cet for the 4 matches, maybe later if necessary.
For example :

Ghost-Czech vs Kobra Muh 16:00
Cee-Taz vs Ramses-Magic 17:00
Marwin-Wolf vs Christic-Wraith 18:00
Coco-PD vs Car- Stripe 19:00

The only important result is the end map count, everything else doesnt really matter, so you may as well just write the end result.. I doubt there will be any problems about trust or mistakes in that part :O

The score question gave me an idea.. Why dont we just play 2 maps in the groups ? Then we wont need a tie breaker and instead live with ties..Then a win would be 2 points, a draw 1 and a loss 0.. Equal points would later be decided by the better overall map score.
And in the knockout phase every team would choose 1 map. If the game ends in a draw, each team would again choose 1 map and keep playing until one side wins in the end, even if it takes 5 hrs
