Hi!

Ah, come on, don't create any problems. Let's just play and the best will be the best. Even if Taz plays with Wolf (or Taz with Kobra), I don't care. It's all about fun, isn't it? I know for sure that Taz, Wolf and Kobra would without doubts beat me in a 1 on 1. So why should I care if they do in a 2 on 2 or 3 on 3?

Please don't let us waste more time with endless discussions about fair teams. It's actually better to do something rather than talking. If someone complains about unfair teams afterwards, let's simply repeat this with different teams in a few weeks.

Btw., I also wouldn't like to be in a team with Taz for fairness and end up winning 10:0 without having made a single frag myself. We have different skills in the clan, that's a fact. Accept it and we can finally start playing!

The reason why I originally wanted to do some tournament like this was to improve teamplay and to give ppl the chance to get together some more.
Forced teams might be fairer, but you cant make it fair for everybody. Somebody will end up in an unfair position and thats that :p
To choose your own partner however gives you the chance to play with somebody you know or you think you can get along well with. If you track back in the thread, you'll see that back then even ZZ and Van would team with each other, even though their winning chance for the tourney would be pretty slim (no offense

). They were 2 ppl who would play with each other for the sake of being buddies (I think

), not thinking about victory or losing or unfair teams and I regard that higher than some 1337 pro team that wins every one and only plays together, because they're good players and wanna win the thing.. The tournament should give ppl the chance to get along with others and maybe even increase in-clan communication and knowledge a bit more, which has declined a lot since we moved to ut2k4..Nowadays you dont even know anymore who's active and who isnt :/
Thats also why I would team with Taz, because I know him well and he often annoys me over aim or msn

The clan got quite big and ppl should start to connect to each other and not exist as excluded beings, gathered under the same tag.. Thats why this thing was made and thats why I prefer chosen partners over forced teams

how about a 3on3 or even 4on4? that could make the teams less unfair and improve more teamplay ^^

Ghost, feel free to ask ppl to team with you, you're a grown up even tho u play yu gi oh :p

So far its around 13 players which means we need at least 3 more :p
A 4v4 tournament would also be nice, but I doubt that we're able to get 32 players to join :p

What about the Wraith guy, Cheshire, Killer, skaarjscout and Yellow ? :O

People please

Is this some sort of kindergarten ? People can choose who to play with, but if they post "I'll be around" or "I'll see who asks me to play with them" then thats not really productive. I dont understand how this can be such a big problem.. You post that u can/want to play, u post who you WOULD LIKE to play with (even if they havent replied yet) and then we'll see what can be done.
Do we really have such little internal contact, that nobody talks to others in this clan ?

So far we would have
Cee - Taz
Wolf - Marwin
Van - ?
Ramses - Magic (I guess ?)
Carnage - ?
Ghost - ?
Pingking - ?
Muh - Kobra (I guess ?

)

I dont care if Muh Kobra will probably win, I dont care if the sun will explode one day, I just want 8 teams to be able to start it :l
And no bots or solo play -__-
