Please upgrade your clients to 227d

I must say there are a few neat improvements, for example you see how many more files you need to download before joining. Not even ut2k4 has that lol

I download the 227d but when I tried to link the patch to Unreal I got an error message about running out of memory on my hard drive.
I check my available memory and that should not be a problem.
There must be a difference in virtual memory and real memory. See, computers and I do not get along. If it had not been a Thursday night, I probably could of figured it out like I did with the first patch but I did not have hours to ponder in my stupidity.

I was never able to link the patch to my gold so I was playing with the original unreal which took some getting use to again. It finally starting feeling right to me and boom another patch. I know new things are good.

I don't want to screw things up on my computer so if I can not resolve the issue I may give ya a hollar.

Good luck, Van. I know the problems with the Gold, and I always wondered why the nice people that make the updates, do it basically only for the original. I know Wolf can get you out of this problem. .

Well Gold is not yet supported so yes you have to use normal Unreal.

Also, since 227 is still not finished you will have to bear a few more patches. If you just want a quick game you can join the MM server with Gold anyway, just -IF- you use a 227 client then it has to be the same as the server. Older clients will work though.

... if INSTALLING the patch is a problem, I can give you a zip file with the system files... just overwrite
