i just started a private server at work for a few of my friends and i have no protection for it and have none of the files i made lol. i need HB3 or some protection, and wolf is never online

can anybody help me?

valor, your comment was purely crude. i know why wolf is never online and i wasnt smiling about THAT. i like wolf, hes a good guy, and deserves more. so next time maybe you should ask before you speak. instead of trying to make me look bad

NP Venimous,Like Wolf said though,that version and all hb have been hacked,but it will keep out most of the riff raff:)

in my opinion .. everything in unreal can be hacked. i had some interesting code before to stop bots, it was all ran from the server, i just never perfected it because of lack of time. im almost positive it would stop them but, like i said i dont have time still

. im open to suggestions about what to put on my server though, i just know what HB3 does, dont know how its hacked.. if theres another antibot thats not hacked id be obliged.

And yes it's true, even hb3 5.5 has been hacked. Funny enough, there are now some servers running hb2 again (LMAO). Even funnier, there's a thread on Jolt somewhere which indicates that some people have hacks to hb3 5.5 installed, but not for the older hb, thus they could join most "modern" servers but got busted on the CW server LMAO!! Holy sh*lol*

You can find the public hb3 5.5 somewhere on Carny's download mirror nowadays, and I think Smartballs last SBAB is also somewhere... if not I can just mail you

i dont even know what old email address i gave you? lol. i thought it was that one. Ive been using the aim screen name r0t4ry at work and nothing at home so im not online too much. hehe i just wanna look at that code i wrote and remember howto code lol.. ive forgotten alot. im not BACK BACK to unreal, i just stoppin in cause one of my real life friends started playing and i was helping him a little.. kinda fun when u play priveately, the pub servers are junk though. My wife is doing good, and i suppose thats why i dont have time to play unreal much hehe, or code. I miss doing that though, i wanted to make something that helped the uneal community.. stupid hackers
