I have taken a liking to Sundays Freeon Madness
But as to weather you push someone into the lava or not....wellllllll
As i see it thats part of the game...
I for one try not to get caught near lava and i also try to keep a lookout of team mates who are frozen near lava and try to help out....
I do find that some just stick around near people who are frozen near lava waiting on a team mate of theres to show up and then hit them with a shot and frezze them also.
But to cut a long story short.....
If the lava wasnt there then you couldnt use it,as it is there then it must be for a reason,this reason being to take out your opponents by any means nessary

Just as a side note the Freeon is helping me in others ways to....
Such as working as part of a team and also helping me improve my shock rifle combo.......so it cant all be bad can it hehehehehehe

Well, I see it as a mapper would see it. It is there for the clumsy peeps, who happen to be double jumping, and miss the other side.

I hate it when I am frozen, and someone comes and pushes me in lava, just to get as few points. I find it very rude, and I have only done it twice. The last time was when the game was almost over, and I wanted to agrivate Krabbel.

If others do it, well, that is there beef, but I will not do it, unless someone does it to me. Then it is revenge time.

Lava phushing is all the same to me, so u get a chance with flak cannon to shot the enemie (if u setted the flak on a high weapon priority). Only in Mojo there is a deep lava basin, when u get phushed there u r out of order.........for sure!

But what i really hate is:
In the map that created Frank (is really a big good one Frank!!!) - dont know the name, there some teleporters. Some players push (if u r frozen) throw it, and then they follow u. Thats a "teleporters dead" and PFAH I REALLY HATE ***censored*** PLAYER WHO MAKES THIS ***censored*** ***censored***!!!:P

Nice to see my maps mentioned. I am not sure witch one you mean though. Rock the house maybe, but this can happen on all other maps with teleporters.

I thing you talk about Rock the house. Same happened to me last sunday, another annoying way some people play. Btw i wont miss this sunday night freon madness, everytime a really great fun (dont know why, most of the time im frozen or swim in lava).
About this revenge thing, maybe i see your leader next time frozen near lava....

I think the map were on about is eygtpian jump
The teleporter allows you to go one way but not the other
Or something along those lines

Hi!

As Frank said, this can happen in every map with teleports. However, the map in question here is Frank's "Rock the House" (Frank didn't make EgyptianJump - that's Angloid's work).

No reason to change anything though, Frank, I just wanted to clear things up. Whether people use the teleports and/or Lava to kill others is up to them and isn't a problem of the mapper.

I see it by the time like MaccaD. Its Part of the Game. On my first two days Freon I was really shocked and very frustrated about that. But what should I do? Being frustrated all the time? No, thats boring! So I now take care that no one can do this to me . Target of the game is to win and being alive . It´s your choice: political correctness or winning. As I remember Carn is the one whith the most lava pushings (stats). So it can´t be wrong

And if you´re out you have more time to chat with your m8s

Hehe as i said before .. if i get the chance to push peeps in .. i will
Not only because they are out of the game then .. but they also give me adrenaline which can be usefull.
And yes i will sometimes go out f my way to push the nr 1 /2 3 players of the opposite team in .. more chance for us to win

I think its just a part of the game, I think it doesnt remove the goal of unfreezing ppl but adds a goal: Pushing Shaz in the lava (and occasionally other ppl) It might be frustating in the beginning but you'll get used to it
