PROBLEMS WITH TOUCH!

Hey mates, whazzup.
IAs birthday present i got the new Ipod touch. But there is one problem. I cant use it. If i connect it to my computer, it appears in the system and in itunes to but on the ipod screen this picture does not change...

I tried everything, restartet, reinstalled every software that i had...
PLZ if someone has an idea or knows something.. answer!

You cant put music, videos on it or does only the screen not change wenn you plug it in?

maybe u need another better itunes-version?!! :s

well... i plug the ipod and can sync him but the screen doesnt change...
muh... i have the latest version of itunes

if u plug ur ipod in and u sync it there should be no other screen

U know if I synced my ipod on ur laptop there was only one screen too.. (please dont disconnect and itunes-sign) :O
