Hi!

Do you guys remember the good old arcade game called Galaga? The classical one where you steer a spaceship at the buttom of the screen while waves of aliens attack from above?

Regardless if you remember it or if you are too young to know it, there's a genious deluxe version of the game available for Windows PCs. It's called Warblade and it really gets you addicted, I promise.

At http://www.warblade.as/ you can download a trial version that is completely functional and only limited to 25 levels (instead of 100 for the registered version). Give it a try, even the trial version rocks! Just take a look at the list of Awards at the right side of the page. I liked it that much that I've really registered the game. Maybe, if you like it too, we can compare our highscores then.

This was the first ever arcade game (at least in the UK) that appeared in pubs everywhere in the late 70's alongside the slot machines. In the UK we called it Galaxians or, more commonly, just Space Invaders . Has anyone got a 10p piece ?

Oops no ... Galaxians was the sit down game that followed Space Invaders ... incorporated in a table where 2 players sat opposite and took it in turns... sorry memory lapse ... DOCTOR ITS HAPPENED AGAIN !

Hehe, cool. But really, guys, you should try this version! It is not limited to 30 days or something like that. You can play the 25 levels as often as you like. Man, I love this game...
