Try to join the server again, and if the message comes again, make a screenshot of it, and post it here. Maybee we can solve the problem for u.

Somewhere along the lines, you downloaded a map or program that the antitcc does not like. If all else fails, reinstall your UT. If you still have problems, ask again, and one of our admins will look in the logs to see why you are being kicked.

Well, the file "Engine.u" should be in the System folder of your UT2004 game dir. I would suggest, you get the original version of this file (from a friend maybe) and replace your file with his.
