Awhile back someone posted a topic reguarding a TCP (start) button to replace the windows start button. I can't seem to find it anywhere in here. I've recently changed my XP theme to black. My start button is orange though and I want to edit it. The topic I mentioned is exactly what I need. So if anyone remembers the topic please post a link. Thanks.
