Cache files
Hullo, being ignorant in the ways of UScript, I just wanted to ask if it's possible to make a mod that automatically converts cache files to their proper names and extensions and into the right folder.

This has nothing todo with UScript.
In Unreal Tournament it is possible in C or JAVA or any other language that allows to write executable, because UT also writes a "Cache.ini" which tells you which file is what.
Do a search for the "Unreal Tournament Cache Reaper" for such a program.
In Unreal, there is no such extra file information so you're out of luck.
