Hi Zeppelin!

Well, that depends much on your keyboard/mouse setup for UT 2004. For me, it wouldn't be a big problem, since I have Alt-Fire on the keyboard as well.

Because the whole game is not playable with just the mouse, you'll be using the keyboard simultaneously anyway. So just find a free key in reach of your "keyboard hand" and bind Primary-Fire to it.

I bought a couple of Trust MI-6200 Laser Combi mice recently, they are very cheap, responsive and configurable using MS Intellimouse Explorer. They work great for me :D

A good gamepad can be used to replace the mouse :P

Hi!

Voice commands... lol... Kobra kills you 7 times until you can say "rocket launcher alternate fire button held until three rockets are loaded". :-D

One of the best mice is the Logitech MX518, I had one, but I broke it (after a VERY long time though). Fits the hand perfectly, sidebuttons are awesome. I currently have a very expensive Razer copperhead, it's awesome, but I guarantee you, the MX518 owns it.

I have a Razer Diamondback. I must say although it has a good weight and everything, Razer could release better drivers for GNU/Linux (Free Software drivers would be nice, too)
