Well it starts to get not_funny now.
I can play without or barely working sound, that isn't too bad. But now it seems my mouse doesn't work correctly either. Sometimes it is too slow and sometimes too fast.

There are two consequences:
1. I won't play on any clan matches until this is fixed.
2. I'm gonna need new hardware :P

Good luck man. I hope you get it fixed, or at least have an up coming birthday, so that someone will give you some $$$ to get you new hardware.

Thanks.... this one had all components I have.

But it says I need only 255 Watt.... I got almost 100 Watt more than that. :-/
I'm gonna try to hang off some unneeded components such as DVD and one of my 2 HD.

What's that boy? 255W for a GeForce 7900 GS.. ? :P
That can't be..have I gotten things wrong or something?
Correct if I'm wrong.

But I have a 6800 GS one and it needs at least 350W, but I got instead 520W..my computer always rebooted before that.. but no more :O

Please note that the power output in the PSU's specs is the maximum output spike for a short period. Unfortunately this means that you need to buy a PSU with higher specs than the power consumption of your system needs.

The only manufacturer that sells PSU's with 'real world' specs is Fortron Source.

Oh, I didn't know that. That's definitely good to know, thank you!

Nowdays psus are specified not on the max/peak power output
but how many amps they have on the 12volt rails.
Moden psu have now more than one 12volt rail.

Low = 16 to 23amps
High = 26 to 30 + amps.
(combined rails)
