ok so i had this idea of a weekly pole in which all the members should contribute to (because i say so, if ur asking) so here is poll #1...

Well.... regardless HOW BAD something is, by capping it you make it worse. Capping = Cencorship = Major Crime = yadayadayada... don't start me

Well i found it amusing

unfortunatly were running out of funny animated series now.
Family guy was fookin hilarious - gone

Simpsons looks a bit long in the tooth now. all the original script writers r gone and homers just gone too crazy. i think they should end that soon. they only keep it running so they can get to be the longest running tv series ever ...or summit like that.
South parks absoloutly excellent. that soon to finish tho as well apparently

. matt + trey getting bored of doing it. plus i think they started to run out of controversial subjects to base epsiodes on

anyone ever watch invader zim? that was well good

but alas, gone

Capped..I dont think thats censoring, Wolf..Its more the end of a series

And I liked Futurama, funny series, though as a German you had to download the new season off the internet ;_;

So for funny animation stuff, I just use the Internet and get all the good Japanese series (which are also on tv sometimes, KICKASS)

Please enlighten me on the correct translation of "capped" in this context. Obviously "making a HAT" of some sort is not meant...!

I don't know what it means in TV industry jargon (if anything), but I understand "capped" to mean putting a lid or an upper limit on somethng, and in this context I read it as not making any more episodes.

yea it was on sky 1 the other day, u know the last episode...it was good

a nice end to sumthing which shouldnt have been ended at all

and, yes, ramses had the exact meaning there...its like a bottle will keep spewing out juice untill it has a cap on, and a tv series will keep spewing out episodes untill it has a cap on...
