Other Host for the teamspeak server ?

Well since the teamspeak has been nicely populated the last few days (wich of course is a good thing)

A little problem has arived ... the bandwithusage i've seen it go up to peeks of 60 kbs sec .

Normaly this would not be a problem but with my TAM server also full the performance is a bit affected by it

So the question is does anyone of u have a 24/7 server running and would u be willing to run the teamspeak server on it ?

Made the 24/7 bold coz well it of course has to be on at all times ( little conn loss left aside)

If u are willing and have the upload to suport it gimme a pm and i can send u the files needed ..

I have a torrent server running 24/7. If it's not too much bandwidth I could run it but 60k sounds a lot (I have 100k).

60 was the spike i saw it was generaly between 20 and 40 kbs

k i'll zip up the install i have then all u need to do is install the original server download and overwrite it with the one i send ya .
All accounts and settings should remain the same then

We will need a new DNS name. tcpcarnage.dnsalias.net could be rerouted but other services are running there too...

a little late, but I can host if needed... currently host hlk's, cw's, guido's, and playbacks cs clan. its on a linux box as well, and has been very reliable over the yrs (though itll probly crash now that i said that).

if u want to test it, i can set u up a account on the hlk ts.

For now we moved it to a different server and all seems well sofar

I also have a laptop here, that is just waiting to be used as a serve. I could hook it up to my router, and seeing as I never really play that much anymore, it could be used for something. The only thing is, when the wife talks on the phone with her parents, (everynight) it couzld become a LAG/NAG.

but if I can do anytihng....say so.
