If you are using a mod which is based on STRCOM (such as WMapVote) you should use the new build from here, 2 bugs fixed

I'm in the }TCP{ Lobby, and the inpossible happened:

}TCP{ Deathmatch USA: STRCOM version conflict
}TCP{ TeamDeathMatch USA: STRCOM version conflict
}TCP{ Team or DM (Europe): Down
Ghost Town: Down
Jolt.co.uk 1v1 Deck16: Server already at capacity

DON'T INSTALL this to your CLIENT (GAME) machine, this is ONLY for servers, and will only work for clients properly in their cache!

Generally, "obj garbage" helps between changing servers to avoid version conflicts in the cache....

I'm not having the files installed, it happens when I switch from a TCP server to a NewUnreal server or vice versa.

I'll try the obj garbage command.

That's possible hyper coz when i saw u on the lobby server i didn't install the new files yet
