possible scrimage?

Post by Groove{hLk} »

hey guys, hlk has been slowly migrating into 2004 and we now have quite a few players and it was suggested that we set up some sort of practice match?
we could play a few rounds on your deathmatch server , we have a few euro players, and maybe a few rounds on our dm server . i think it would be pretty fun ;)

take it easy guys

If the us peeps could give our Ons server a little test then we can see what kind of pings u have there.

I can lower the pings there with about 15 / 20 so lemme know what it is now and perhaps it would be a good idea to play it on that one since my home connection isn't very suited for us players (poor routering).

Cheers

Hi Groove{hLk}
I have to confirm with the clan first,but we could have a practice match 19th 20th Aug. You say 12pm,is that CET? If so thats 11am GMT.

Um we in UK are in BST (British Summer Time) at the moment Slappy, you sure you mean GMT ?
BST = GMT +1 (I think :P)

Thats why we should never use terms like gmt and cet but instead say BRITISH TIME, EUROPEAN TIME and AMERICAN TIME :P

We have a nice picture here...
Britain GMT
Europe GMT+1

As nearly all of us have Daylight time, this won't be a prob I think...just add 1 to GMT

So do we use GMT+1 (only in summer; Britain) or GMT+2 (only in summer; Europe) for our standart?
