To clarify this for you ppl :

Spending 900 $ for a tower and half of it was for the gfx card means that the card did cost half of the tower cost (in this case 450 $). Thats still too much money though

tower was 400-ish with all the stuff in it (minus the graphics card and hard drive) The tower itself was under 100$. Thing that cost most (besides the graphics card) was the motherboard.

graphics card was about 400$ because the model was still new at the time. Now the card goes for about 200, lol.

and yes, i only have a 30gig hd. It is the only non-new thing about my computer. It came right off my dell >.<

Well if I'd had the money to spend so much for a graphic card (to me a 400$ card is like 10 Million Dollars)...I wouldn't give a damn thing about 20gigs....better tera or peter

Hdds are quite cheap.. Even a 250 gb hdd only costs 60 euro nowadays :/
