Hi, i would like to join your tdm/tam side of your clan.
I have been told about you by Fear, i used to play with him in our own clan, i have played and known him for about 3 years.
I am about medium skill, just abit rusty at the mo as not played for a while, but i am still about level with fear. You might have played me at sometime, my old ut name was Fiatuno.

Lol, sry for the delay in replying, been just sooo busy at work. It was a very good match, i got a new vid card now so my aims even better

Not quite sure what happened here, and you know I am not often present in ut2k4. However, Carnage is, and he is the leader of this clan. You all know we decide by vote on new members and Carnage usually introduces the new members and has a final say in all matters.

No one - and that is absolutely NO ONE - declares any new tryout to be a member all by himself. Not even I do that, even if I know the new prospect member personally, and I am Carnage's right hand in many things. I do, however, enforce our rules by myself if I see them broken.

I hereby ask Carnage to clear up the matter, maybe emails were lost or something just went wrong on some line of communications (at the moment I can't join ICQ duh...). But at this moment Ashes is not a member of this clan. We follow procedures here, there is a reason our clan is old and hasn't vanished into oblivion years ago.

I have just been at the administration console at seen a few old entries and "new" TCP tagged people who are actually not in the clan. I think we should weed out the database a bit and tell people once and for all that by registering on this board they are not automatically in the clan!

You see, Fear, I have the power to just nuke those accounts all by myself, but I don't do it. I work with Carnage, because one person easily forgets or oversees something the other knows more about... This is a family and we work together, no one makes solo-stunts, not even me, admin as I am.

Carnage when you get some time, we should go over the user database. "KantBeStopped" is no longer member for quite a while and still has the TCP tag in his name, and a couple of other people too ("}TCP{Benator" ring a bell?). Is it possible to disable using the TCP tag on registering at the board?

It should be possible to edit the .php file responsible for checking the user's name.
