a unreal1 co-op conversation would be mucho better ^^
but that would take ages to convert the maps into 2k4 and someone needs to script something to make it a coop i think :p

I think the Gunman Chronicles started as a Half life mod project which was bought up and published by the Steam people.

There is in fact already a project to convert the Unreal 1 maps into UT2k4.

And i always had it in my head it was illegal to sell mods made using commercial games...?

Actually, i've just discovered the project i was thinking of was cancelled. Looked damn good though, an unfinished version of Nyleve Falls is available for download:
