{KDS} Web Site Transfered

For anyone who has missed the {KDS} Web Site, we have started the rebuilding on our new Web Hosting Service.

Since we were not sure how long the original Domain would stay active, we have registered a new domain name.

Our new web site is at: www.kds-clan.com

I got the forum moved over and the posts restored from the backup. I think I lost the linkage/setup for the file attachments on any posts prior to the move. Sorry.

I will work on getting the old Domain Name to point to the same site. But, if you have any links in your web pages, please update them to the new Domain Name.

Played some Unreal-1 today with Cat and CK on the TCP-USA server. Was fun and GG's Cat. He won easily, by the way!

One thing I did notice. The Server was sending pop-up type ads and the kds web site was the old addy. If you get a chance, please point any links or such to the new web site addrss of www.kds-clan.com

When I joined I think Cat was only winning by one frag on the map...?

Hmm about those pop-ups...? The DMZ is sending pop-ups itself? Or receiving them? How so? With our packet filter we have sealed ports 130 to 140 this can't happen unless someone messed with it or killed the packet filter... gonna check it when I get home.

Other than that: WebMaster Zz correct the liiiinks

... and another thing I noticed when I played a bit then was it was completely lag free on that day... a much sought refreshment after the last laggy days

Oh, I think Cat was playing with me. He didn't seem to be playing 100%, so I think he would have won by many more frags if he wished

Pop-ups may not be the word I should have used. Maybe a MOTD, Message of the Day?. I'm talking about the game information displayed when joining a server or map change occurs. Part of UTeamFix?

Anyways, during the map change, a message like "www.kdsmedia.com, our friends..." was displayed for about 4-5 seconds. This is the incorrect web address I am talking about.

Thanks for fixing my profile. Forgot all about that. I registered on this board before we changed our domain and never thought twice about it.

The avatar I found on the Internet. It's Japanese Kanji for "Kami-Kaze"

Kami = God
Kaze = wind

Kamakazi is the "US" spelling and in truth, spelled incorrectly. But, most English speaking folks would think the "correct" spelling is wrong. So, I used the more common spelling for Kami-Kaze in our clan name.
